At Don Pablo Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our specialty beans; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we ensure a streamlined process to handle your concerns quickly and professionally.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the coffee or merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send the package back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
